Fun Halloween Themed Post Ideas

Happy Monday everyone! I am extra excited for this week in particular because it's the week of Halloween! Anyone that knows me knows that fall is my absolute favorite season and I go all out for the entire month of October. Whether it be my decorations, rewatching my favorite Halloween movies, planning costumes, etc. my serotonin is through the roof the entire month.

If you're like me and LOVE Halloween, and are looking for some festive post inspirations, then you've come to the right place! Here are four easy post inspirations for you to incorporate into your feed this week.

  1. Halloween Throwback Photos: You can't go wrong with sharing a little blast from the past. Halloween costumes from childhood are usually the ones we remember the most! Encourage friends, family, followers, etc. to share their photos as well and tag your business! This is also an opportunity to create a unique hashtag as well that incorporates your business when others are sharing their photos.

  2. Post Decorations of Your Workspace: Here's a fun chance to get creative off of social media and share it with your audience! Sharing a photo of your fun and festive workspace could be a great opportunity to set yourself apart from similar businesses and maybe even get people in the door!

  3. "Who's Most Likely To": If you're one that has a love for all things TikTok and Instagram Reels, a fun idea could include a festive video for your feed. A fun example of this could be "Who's Most Likely To Turn Their Home Into a Haunted House", and have each coworker give an answer!

  4. Pumpkin Carving Contest: Costumes aren't for everyone, and that's okay! A pumpkin carving contest is a great way for getting your followers and potentially even your community involved. A great way to cast votes for the best pumpkin is by creating a poll on Instagram stories.

I hope these fun little ideas give you some inspiration and get you as excited for Halloween as I am! No matter where your business is located, what you offer, and who you service, there is still always an opportunity to incorporate Halloween into your social media strategy!
